Wakeup Me - Self Hypnosis Technique

Autosuggestion is a self-hypnosis technique, where a person is supposed to repeat a positive message to him/herself in order to achieve the desired result. In the wakeup me app, there are many positive phrases such as "I love you" "I am confident", "I believe in myself" and others.

The application is a reminder of text messages, with a suggestion to read the text, that you want to send to yourself.

You can set an amount of time to wake up.

You can also set the frequency of the text messages you receive, up to once every day.

You can set the app to send text messages to yourself at a fixed time and at a random time, like every 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and so on.
